FYRT serves the County of San Diego as the: CMHS Family & Youth Liaison The Family Youth Liaison (FYL) has the primary duty of coordinating and advancing Family Youth Professional Partnership in Children’s Mental Health Services Family Youth Partner Employment Training Academy The Training Academy provides a series of basic introduction training's for A)Family and youth receiving services B) Family and Youth that wish to enter into the workforce as a family/youth partner C) Agency staff that work with family/youth partners.
