FYRT Peer Certification in Children’s Services is a
key element to building sustainability in various organizations’ acquisition of Peer & Family funding
opportunities. Additionally, our training has also been reviewed by Alliant International University, which is
accredited by the Universities of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). This rigorous academic
review has determined that FYRT’s certifaction for Peer to Peer Support Partners in Children's Services curriculum
would translate to 6 units of academic credit at the Associates Degree level.
We are proud to say that the FYRT training and
certification system has garnered much success. Our Peer Partner Training
Certification offers an organization the knowledge, training and continual coaching to implement a highly
successful system of certifying family and youth to be peer supports for those receiving
services.
After national interest in our training program,
FYRT is excited to announce it will be accepting (5) organizations in the next cycle of the FYRT Train the Trainer
