The Family &
Youth Roundtable's Training, Coaching and Co
nsulting services represent the consummation of
many years of hard work, and the contributions of many
people. It brings together a long-held dream of our
Executive Director, representing her desire for families to step
forward and claim ownership within the public systems charged with serving
families and children. We talked and worked with many families and youth to
listen and incorporate their views, needs and perspectives. In addition, we
have listened to our public and community partners, and incorporated their
view, mandates, and perspectives. These two distinctly
different backgrounds are bridged into a multitude of
perspectives in an effort to transcend the differences and work
together towards a common vision.
